Completing our first USLW season with 24 points and an 8-4-0 record in a tough 2024 Mountain Division with Colorado Storm and Northern Colorado Rain. Our team finished third, one point behind Rain, after winning the three game series vs. them 2-1, only conceding one goal across three matches. An undefeated 3-0 series vs. both Flatirons and CISA saw us climb the table and showcase ourselves as one of the best teams in the division. With an unmatched team culture and knack for winning games late, it was a season we wanted to just keep going! More to come from this special team as we will be returning a strong core for the 2025 season and building upon what we started this season.

We are thrilled to announce the addition of USLW to our player development pathway beginning summer of 2024! This additional programming will allow us to enhance the developmental opportunities for our female players after high school and improve the pathway to playing professionally.

ALBION Colorado is committed to investing its time, energy, attention and resources into women’s soccer in an effort to help grow the women’s game.

The USL W League serves as the nation’s premier pre-professional league developing the next generation of women’s talent both on and off the field. With over 40 teams across 20 states, Boulder County is proud to be a part of the league’s mission to bring elite women’s soccer to our community and create more opportunities to play, watch and work in the women’s game.

This is classed as a ‘pre-professional’ playing avenue for ambitious players who are looking for a high-performance opportunity to raise their game for college soccer and/or develop them for opportunities in the professional game. The roster will be built from current collegiate players in and out of Colorado, local players looking to make the step to the next level and top-performing youth players who have earned the opportunity to play in this environment.

We will provide a high-performance training experience through top-class coaching, club resources, and premium facilities, to ensure we deliver a program where players will truly improve and progress during their time with our club.

Our USL W League game day environment will be a catalyst for us to develop the soccer culture within our community.  We aim to deliver an exciting game-day atmosphere that is special and engaging with our fanbase. We are striving to build a following that will help grow the love of the game, inspire our young players and provide quality soccer locally for our fans to enjoy.
